Magda is an interdisciplinary graphic designer specialising in urban design and masterplanning, public realm and transport. Her work investigates the communication of urban research and development, wayfinding and signage. She establishes communication strategies and design principles and delivers design for information graphics and interfaces, editorial and print, signage and knowledge transfer.

Her education includes a Master of Science Degree in Urban Design from HafenCity University in Hamburg and a BA in Communication Design from the University of Applied Sciences Düsseldorf.

Before joining Spaceagency, she worked as a Graphic Designer for a wide range of organisations in Hamburg and Cologne. She lectured on editorial design at the Architecture, Urban and Landscape Planning Department of University of Kassel and was involved in the project “Living in a Temporary Park”, a collaboration between the University of Applied Sciences Düsseldorf and bureau europa Maastricht, and the research study “Sustainable Development of Existing Industrial Areas” at the IBA Hamburg.
